For adventurers and nature lovers!

Departure from the hotel. The landscape you find is very interesting and beautiful. The bus passes through the Cuban countryside and four municipalities in the province. Arriving at the mountain you climb aboard an authentic Russian army truck which will carry you into the heart of the forest to the park Guanayara.

You walk the trails with an ecologist guide you ascend the various species of plants, planting flowers and trees. You will then break at the fall « El Rocio ».

Here the group splits into two: 1 Jungle and Jungle 2. Raiders of the Jungle 1 continue to explore the forest while moving among the trails and adventurers of the Jungle 2 down by the river with another guide (fun guaranteed!). Both groups find themselves near a natural swimming pool, a beautiful lagoon in the middle of the jungle for a well deserved rest and a swim with the adventurers of the Jungle 1.

You then continue together to the restaurant « La Gallega » located at the park entrance Guanayara along a small river.

We made the trip in January 2002 and have loved the outdoor experience. Sierra Escambray is simply wonderful!. This trip was then known as the « Jungle Tour » or « Rambo Tour ».
