All hotels in Cayo Santa Maria have gyms in their all-inclusive packages. They offer all the facilities of a traditional gym like weight benches, abdominal boards, free weights, weight presses, exercise bikes, steppers, treadmills, etc. The gyms are air conditioned with cool water dispenser. The gyms are usually located near the health center (spa) and the beauty salon EXCEPT for the Melia Cayo Santa Maria and Melia Las Dunas. Open from 7 am to 7 pm.

Sol Cayo Santa Maria
Open since 2002.
The gym is located across from the Italian restaurant in the same building as the health center. It was completely renovated in 2012 with a sauna, air conditioning massage room and new equipments.
Melia Cayo Santa Maria
Open since 2006.
The gym is located near the « Aguas Claras » health center between the Melia Cayo Santa Maria and Melia Las Dunas, near (north) the Pueblo Las Dunas.

Melia Buenavista
Open since 2010.
The hotel has its own health center named « Yhi-Spa » with cardiovascular equipment, massage, weight training, etc. Note that the only Jacuzzi of the hotel is located in the area of the Spa « Aguas Frescas » and not by the pool.
